OB / GYN Hospitalist - New Grads with Residency Accepted (Sign on Relocation Bonus) Location : Palm Springs, CA Position Type : Full-time / Part-time Overview : We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB / GYN Hospitalist to join our team in Palm Springs, California. This is a permanent position with flexible scheduling and excellent support. Enjoy practicing in a beautiful desert community where most people vacation! Position Details : Full-time : 7.5 (24-hour in-house) shifts / month ( 2190 hours annually) Part-time : 5.5 (24-hour in-house) shifts / month ( 1560 hours annually, still benefit eligible) Always 2 OB Hospitalists in-house 24 / 7 (never on shift alone) Average : 60 deliveries / month Level III NICU (30 beds; newborns 23 weeks) Responsibilities : Delivery attendance, OB triage, patient management, surgical assists, fetal monitoring, and ER coverage. Teaching opportunities with fellows, residents, and medical students Requirements : Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in OB / GYN California license (or willing to obtain) OB Hospitalist experience preferred Must live locally or be willing to relocate DEA required before start Not accepting locums or visa candidates Compensation & Benefits : Full benefits package : Medical, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, disability, paid leave, employee assistance, and more
