We are currently seeking an experienced Tax Managing Director (Partner) who will have the opportunity to co-lead our fast growing High Net Worth / Private Client Service Practice for the New England business unit.

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

• Lead engagement team and directly interact with clients and family office personnel to ensure communication and coordination of timely service
• Successfully develop, nurture and manage client relationships by consistently providing clients timely and appropriate communication and services in relation to their needs
• Be viewed as trusted personal and business advisor by clients
• Direct multiple engagements which include consulting, compliance, and tax planning services
• Consult with client service team to design, communicate and implement innovative planning ideas for clients
• Guide and manage IRS and state audits
• Participate and actively contribute to new business development activities, including prospecting, networking and representing CBIZ at industry and related events
• Design and deliver technical training on Individual related tax topics
• Recruit, supervise, train, develop and motivate less experienced team members
• Promote a team environment; demonstrate support of management decisions and builds a positive culture
• Contribute to management of internal tax department through committee membership and group leader responsibilities
• Perform other responsibilities as necessary

Minimum Qualifications

The annual salary target for this job in this market is $200,000 - $450,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
