Surgery - General Physician

ILR Health is excited to bring you another locums opportunity in the stunning US Virgin Islands! This General Surgery position is on the island of St. Croix from June 8 26, including your travel days.

Roundtrip airfare, rental car, lodging, temporary USVI license and malpractice insurance provided. A passport is NOT required for this position.

GENERAL SURGEON DUTIES :

General Surgeon would be expected to perform daily rounds on general surgery patients and consults. Physician would also be expected to perform bread and butter general surgery procedures. The General surgeon would also be expected to take 24 hour call for the Emergency room general surgical and Trauma needs as dictated per the General Surgery On call schedule.

The rates are as follows : $1,200.00 per day (7 : 30am 4pm) and $135.00 for call back (4pm -7 : 30am / rounding (days not on call).
