QC Supply was founded in 1982 with the simple goal of helping people grow, and 40 years later, that's still at the heart of what we do. With our home base remaining in Schuyler, we went from a small-town operation to a nationwide distributor by boldly supporting the future of farming.

YOUR PASSION

The Branch Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day processes of the location along with the operations of the location. This individual will be a customer facing presence in the retail space and surrounding geography, responsible for driving process improvement initiatives and facility profitability, and the primary point of contact for customer service-related issues and sales creation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to proactively manage promotional sales lifts.
• Support front end retail sales.
• Order entry and order maintenance for key customer accounts.
• Coordinate deliveries with customer locations and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of distribution and the required routines in support.
• Monitor inbound and outbound order product flow.
• Dispatch and issue sales order picklists to the floor for processing and shipment.
• Aid in the collection and reporting of key site metrics.
• Ensure team adheres to work instructions / process and contribute ideas for Continuous Improvement.
• Manage staffing levels effectively.
• Audit and track facility quality and accuracy on a regular basis.
• Inventory control, including daily cycle counts.
• Monitor and help to ensure that housekeeping and safety standards within the distribution space are maintained.
• Supervise team in safety training and policy adherence as well as, general housekeeping and sanitation of the location.
• Oversee any and all aspects of the location.
