Office Manager
Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an Office Manager who is ready to bring their expertise and energy across multiple locations in a high-volume, fast-paced Entertainment environment!
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, adaptable individual with strong organizational and Excel skills. As the Office Manager, you would be responsible for analyzing the DCR, paying gratuities, and reviewing daily financials.

What We're Looking For :
Needs great organizational skillsExperience with Microsoft ExcelNeeds great communication skills to discuss any outstanding issues and questions that arise with the Senior Office Manager, ROM, and corporate accounting teamsHave a close working relationship with management of your storeWorkdays are Monday Friday, 25 hours per week, on-siteResponsibilities
Process the DCR Monday FridayAnalyze the DCR at a detailed levelComplete the Weekly financial summary and send out the Daily Report of RevenueMonitor payrolls and report findings to the team / upper managementAnalyze the Data Reconciliation of the DCR for GMs / AGMs and provide them with feedback for resolutionsOnboarding portion of new-hire orientation and completing I-9sAdding new hires to Makeshift so they can be scheduledInputting Orientation pay into ADPOrganization and filing of I-9 documentsResponsible for paying gratuitiesEnsure all receipts are filed / accounted for properlyInvestigate suspicious activity with regards to payroll, credit cards / disputes, gratuities, event deposits, reservations, league prize funds, etc.Responsible for special uniform ordersMaintain the check logFinalize payroll at the end of each pay periodVerify that there are no errors on timecardsVerify minimum wage adjustmentsAssist the corporate accounting team with ad-hoc reporting requirements, questions, etc.
