Findlaw Digital Strategist

The Digital Strategist is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies to enhance client visibility, engagement, and growth. This role involves leveraging market research, data analysis, and innovative digital solutions to drive and improve performance for FindLaw's clients. The Digital Strategist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client's business goals to maximize performance and retention opportunities.

In this opportunity as Findlaw Digital Strategist, you will :

• Work directly with internal and external clients to develop holistic strategic plans to optimize digital presence and drive performance for FindLaw customers. Interaction includes customer calls and written communication to present strategic plans, provide performance updates, and address customer concerns.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with content, project management, and design teams to implement effective digital strategies for law firms.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve website performance across SEO, local, social media, content, and other digital channels.
• Use analytics to track performance, measure success, and refine strategies.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and actionable insights to improve digital performance.
• Manage website performance by tracking key metrics such as impressions, organic traffic growth, conversion rates, customer and revenue retention.
• Maintain an ongoing understanding of digital trends and emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
• Identify and remediate on and off-site performance issues for existing and upgrading clients.
• Uphold FindLaw's Digital Marketing fulfillment quality standards.
