Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Long Term Care Discipline : RN Start Date : ASAP Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel RN – LTC / SNF Contract Assignment Unit : Madonna Specialty Hospital (with float to Acute Rehab [AR]) Location : Nebraska (Lincoln or Omaha campuses for orientation) Start Date : October 6, 2025 Assignment Length : 13 weeks Shift & Schedule Shift Type : Nights – 3x12s Hours : 6 : 45 PM – 7 : 15 AM Weekend Requirement : 2 weekends required every 6 weeks No Blocked Scheduling allowed Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours / week Unit & Patient Ratios Primary Unit : Madonna Specialty Hospital – 1 : 4 ratio Float Unit : Acute Rehab (AR) – 1 : 5 to 1 : 7 ratio Requirements & Preferences Experience : IV experience is REQUIRED Ventilator experience preferred , but not mandatory Charting System : Sunrise Scrub Requirement : Clean / professional scrubs Orientation : 2.5 to 3 days May occur at either Lincoln or Omaha campuses , depending on start date Additional Notes Call-Off Policy : Up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract can be missed without penalty or deduction from guarantee Local Candidate Policy : $10 / hour rate reduction for candidates within a 75-mile radius of the facility Requirements & Preferences Experience : IV experience is REQUIRED Ventilator experience preferred, but not mandatory Charting System : Sunrise Scrub Requirement : Clean / professional scrubs Orientation : 2.5 to 3 days May occur at either Lincoln or Omaha campuses, depending on start date Additional Notes Call-Off Policy : Up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract can be missed without penalty or deduction from guarantee About Nationwide Therapy Group NTG is a proud partner with healthcare professionals across the country.
