We're looking for an Estimator to join Legacy Builders Group !

As an Estimator at Legacy Builders Group, you will collaborate across Sales, Design, and Production to prepare accurate, timely estimates and clear project specifications. Your responsibilities include developing bid packages, soliciting and reconciling trade / vendor quotes, creating contract packages, coordinating purchasing / POs, and supporting pre-construction change orders. You’ll help ensure smooth handoffs into construction, maintain current selections / specs in our project system, and provide cost clarity that drives confident client decisions. While you’ll interact with clients and trade partners, the primary focus is residential remodeling, construction methods and materials, and cost management.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years of residential remodeling estimating (5+ if estimating is your sole background; design-build experience preferred)
• Strong plan reading, quantity takeoffs, and scope / spec development
• Experience creating bid packages and managing trade / vendor quotes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel / Office; familiarity with Buildertrend (preferred)
• Solid math / analytical skills, organization, and deadline management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills
