• And much more!\n\nPosition Summary : \nAs an RN in the Endoscopy department, you will provide direct patient care following the nursing process in alignment with recognized standards of practice. Reporting to the Director of the Endoscopy Department, your responsibilities will include : \n
• Executing care plans, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments\n
• Documenting patient care effectively\n
• Monitoring and communicating patient conditions to the care team, physicians, patients, and families\n
• Assisting patients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, nutrition, and mobility\n
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care\n
• Assessing educational needs of patients and their families and providing tailored guidance\n
• Advocating for the overall well-being of your patients\n\nMinimum Qualifications : \n\nEducation / Experience : \n
• Associate's degree required\n
• Bachelor's degree preferred\n\nCertifications : \n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire\n
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of hire\n
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 30 days of hire\n\nLicenses : \n
