OBGYN Locums Physician, Nevada - 24-Hour Call Blocks

Flexible OBGYN locums opportunity in Elko, Nevada; 24-hour call only with fast credentialing and winter start dates still available.

Highlights

  • Rapid credentialing in 30 days
  • January through April dates available now
  • Open to IMLC physicians with license in hand

Practice Setting

  • Mix of inpatient and outpatient
  • 12-bed OB unit, community-based hospital
  • Support from 1 RN, 1 MA, 1 APP, and 2 admins
  • MEDHOST charting

    • Schedule

  • 24-hour call shifts : 7 am to 7 am
  • Block coverage; work a few days, then off
  • No clinic, 100% call

    • Cases and Procedures

  • Vaginal deliveries, C-sections, high- and low-risk OB
  • IUD insertions, tubal ligations, hysterectomies
  • OB ultrasound interpretation and decision-making required

    • Requirements

  • Board Certified or Eligible (within 5 years) in OB / GYN
  • Active Nevada license (no waitlist)
  • BLS and ACLS required
