Overview
Role Overview : To give engineering support to the site and supervise / coach the technician team to meet customer requirements in a cost-effective manner, whilst complying with company Quality systems, regulatory and statutory Health & Safety requirements and Site Safety Policy. To regularly and effectively coach and develop the Technician team to provide continuous improvement of business results and individual / team performance.
To upgrade and sustain the current equipment, Providing an effective service for machine life cycle management
Maintain and improve the machine availability and reliability
Lead MUV project and equipment validation
As a part of continuous improvement team, come up with engineering proposals and design and get them implemented to improve OEE level of problematic processes(15%)
Train engineering shift crew members with transferred knowledge, support them upon machine troubleshooting when and where needed(5%)
Communicate with oversea machine suppliers and domestic suppliers to ensure what they can deliver can 100% meet SN's URS and deliver robust processes to Suzhou factory as well(10%)
Lead the IQ / OQF validation process, to ensure the equipment full meet SN's validation requirement.(15%)
Responsible for production equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and improvement, continue to support the equipment performance to meet production request, including reduce waste level, increase material usage, hit the product delivery plan and guarantee engineering expense within budget(15%)
Lead the key technician, to ensure that equipment performance meet KPI target, like machine AV , MTBF, MTTR, Spares inventory ect.(15%)
Source and design new process locally, to meet the sustain or resilience requirement.(10%)
Lead and support the productivity project, focus on automation of the production equipment.(5%)
Responsible for transferring equipment to Suzhou along with the embedded knowledge and experience to meet the KPIs of each transfer project (5%)
Work together with UK counter party to design and develop new processes to meet the needs of NPI&NPD programs(5%)
