Key Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner to leadership, driving high-impact business initiatives

Lead and execute key cross-functional initiatives to scale functions and build solutions

Proactively identify inhibitors to growth and define critical metrics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field

3-5+ years experience in consulting, investment banking / private equity, or a fast-growing startup

Able to operate independently and manage projects with little guidance

Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functionally and drive change
