About The Role :
Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact for community members.Maintain an organized workstation and complete administrative tasks efficiently.Understand facility operations to direct calls and queries appropriately.Identify process efficiencies, promote financial stability, and adhere to policies and regulations.Essential Key Selection Criteria :
Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently.Courteous phone manner suitable for diverse community members.Ability to prioritize and multitask during peak times.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software.Financial literacy.Desirable Qualifications and Experience :
Qualification (Certificate or above) in administration or related field.Experience in receptionist, secretarial, administrative, or finance roles.Pre-requisites :
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.Working with Children Check.Full vaccination (including influenza) as per Department of Health directives.Australian Driver's License.How To Apply :
