Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in completing work orders, make-readies, and preventative maintenance in a timely manner.
• Perform general property maintenance, including :

Basic plumbing and electrical repairs (non-licensed level).

Qualifications :

HVAC certification (Preferred).

Pool / spa and pest control certification (if performed in-house).
