Job Title

Responsibilities

Provide support to the Office of Management Information of the Civil Division of the Department of Justice

Maintain a 98% accuracy and required production levels / volume of work

Adhere to prescribed deadlines for processing documents and completing work

Review legal documents and extract relevant information

Develop criteria and perform database queries to conduct searches on complex database and identify relevant case records

Apply detailed rules and procedures consistently and accurately in a deadline driven environment

Perform self and peer quality assurance reviews

Perform clerical duties such as assembling documents, photocopying, filing, generating address labels and other duties as assigned

Share late shift duties (9 : 30 am to 6 : 00 pm) with other Mail ID staff

Qualifications

High School Diploma

Experience in an office environment

Experience applying detailed rules and procedures

Experience meeting deadlines

Experience demonstrating teamwork

Good organizational skills with attention to details and follow-up actions

Good oral and written communication skills

Good working knowledge of MS Word

Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating ability to work and interact professionally with colleagues, government staff and other contractor personnel

Pay Range

USD $19.92 - USD $19.92 / Hr.
