Maximus is seeking a Clinical Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. This role involves supporting and reviewing clinical division contracts by conducting quality assurance evaluations on sample cases using established QA tools and processes.

Collects data related to assessments and assessment outcomesCompletes quality audits utilizing proprietary QA ToolsReviews QA data and reports on trends and scores found through the quality auditsAnalyzes recommended scores in relation to Clinical Assessor determinationsDevelops / completes reports that track and trend activities / outcomesMay provide QA training to staff to incorporate quality measures into their daily practicePerforms other duties as may be assignedMinimum Requirements
Education and licensure requirements are based on program contract requirements and are outlined in job postingTwo (2) or more years related experience2+ years previous work experience in Quality and Risk Management in a clinical setting conducting peer reviews preferred.Strong working ability with all forms of technology, ability to navigate multiple systems, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, ability to learn and adapt to new technology quickly; exceptional analytical skills; detail and solution-oriented; ability to work independently as well as with a team; excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals.Master's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Mental Health or related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral healthProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExceptional analytical skillsQualified Mental Health Professional credentials, such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT)Preferred Requirement :
2 years previous work experience in Quality in a clinical setting conducting peer reviews preferredHome Office Requirements :

Pay Transparency
