Unit Highlights\n\nMedStar Harbor Hospital is seeking experienced RNs to fill full-time roles in our Stroke Telemetry Unit.\n\nUnit Highlights\n\n24 beds\n\n4 : 1 Patient to nurse ratio on day shift / 5 : 1 Patient to nurse ratio on night shift\n\nStraight day shift with three 12-hour shifts, every third weekend, and Holiday requirements.\n\nMostly private rooms with telemetry monitoring for all beds.\n\nExperienced customer service and patient-oriented team.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAs a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans.
