Position Summary : Chen Moore & Associates (CMA) is seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Learning Specialist to lead the production of learning and business development content for our multidisciplinary engineering and architecture design firm. This role is central to developing and maintaining content, organizing digital learning assets, supporting the firm's learning platforms, and designing visual learning aids. The Learning Specialist will also assist in maintaining the knowledge library and analyzing data to support the team's goals.

The ideal candidate has strong graphic and instructional design skills, experience with learning and business technologies, and the ability to support a culture of continuous learning across technical and professional domains.

Content & Media Production Support

• Assist in developing visually engaging and user-friendly learning materials such as guides, presentations, infographics, and eLearning assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to help translate technical and business information into clear, structured learning content.
• Support the production of internal business development collateral including learning-focused marketing pieces or staff communications.
