$75,000 sign-on bonus

Relocation allowance

160 hours Paid Time Off annually and 1 week of CME

Job / Practice Description :

Call : 1 : 3, but very light

Full lab & radiology services on campus

Two clinic rooms

Join a team of two full-time physicians and experienced support team

Professional Background :

MD / DO

Board Eligible / Board Certified

IL License required
