Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Architect to join a leading Oil Gas refinery organization. This role is critical in designing, implementing, and optimizing infrastructure solutions that support both traditional IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in observability, reliability engineering, and application integration, with a strong understanding of complex, high-availability industrial systems.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Architect and implement scalable, secure, and resilient IT infrastructure solutions across refinery operations.
  • Lead observability initiatives using tools such as Dynatrace, Elastic Stack, and Splunk to ensure system performance, availability, and proactive issue resolution
  • Drive reliability engineering practices, leveraging data-driven automation to improve system uptime and operational efficiency.
  • Design and support application integration strategies, including stream processing and API engineering, to enable seamless data flow across IT and OT systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including cybersecurity, operations, and application development to align infrastructure with business goals.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills Experience :

  • Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Architect in large-scale enterprise or industrial environments.
  • Deep knowledge of observability platforms (Dynatrace, Elastic Stack, Splunk).
  • Strong background in reliability engineering, including automation, monitoring, and incident response.
  • Expertise in application integration, particularly with streaming data platforms and API development.
  • Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT) systems and environments is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Industrial sectors.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS / GCP / Azure Architect, Splunk Certified Architect, etc.).
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles in OT / ICS environments.&
