Key Responsibilities
Own onboarding and ramp programs for SDRs, AEs, and Account Managers in the Mid-Market segment
Design and deliver role-based enablement including messaging, sales plays, and deal execution skills
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to embed product and methodology training into sales motions
Required Qualifications
5+ years in sales enablement, training, or sales leadership roles, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity
Experience designing and delivering role-based enablement for sales teams
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and program management skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure program impact
