IT Consulting Lead (Partner-Track)

Job Description

We are seeking an IT Consulting Lead with strong consulting experience, a leadership mindset, and the desire to grow into a Partner role. You’ll work directly with clients to deliver technical strategies and solutions while also contributing to the development of the firm’s service offerings, team, and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business development through referrals, proposals, and presentations
• Lead client-facing IT strategy, advisory, and implementation engagements
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership teams, translating business needs into technical roadmaps
• Manage project teams, timelines, and deliverables
• Mentor associate-level staff members
• Contribute to the growth and governance of the firm with a long-term ownership mindset
