Full-Time Veterinary Assistant

Bees Ferry Veterinary Hospital in located 20 minutes outside of downtown Charleston, South Carolina and multiple gorgeous beaches. Our 7 DVM, AAHA Accredited hospital is a full-service animal hospital providing veterinary care to dogs and cats. We utilize electronic medical records (Cornerstone), have both in-house and outside lab diagnostics including urinalysis analyzer, DR x-ray and ultrasound. Here at Bees Ferry our goal is to provide the highest quality care for our clients and patients by listening to their needs, and by giving exceptional client services in a professional and compassionate manner. Your Responsibilities :

• Proficient in animal restraint
• Skilled in venipuncture
• Comfortable discussing vaccine protocols (core vs. lifestyle for dogs & cats)
• Preferred : Experience in anesthesia monitoring during soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries
