Supervisor Role
As a Supervisor in our Fulfillment and Manufacturing operation, you'll play a critical role in ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and accuracy across daily operations. You'll lead and develop a large team, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement to support the business during periods of peak demand and beyond. This is an opportunity to combine leadership, operational expertise, and people development in a way that directly impacts the fan experience.
How you will make an impact :
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of up to 300 hourly Athletes to achieve operational excellence.
- Oversee a multitude of diverse manufacturing that include fulfillment processes as well while maintaining a strong, visible presence on the floor.
- Review, prioritize, and organize operational and manufacturing activities to ensure high standards of productivity, reliability, and accuracy.
- Forecast staffing needs and actively participate in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
- Apply performance management practices to coach, reward, and develop employees, while partnering with senior leadership to resolve personnel matters.
- Maintain compliance with all safety programs, guidelines, and required training.
- Collaborate with leadership on process improvements, policies, and procedures to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends, address issues, and execute solutions.
- Prepare reports, manage administrative tasks, and ensure accurate use of personnel Management and operational systems.
What you bring to the team :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Experience managing large hourly teams (25+ employees) in high-volume environments such as manufacturing, such as manufacturing and possibly fulfillment / distribution.Strong background in coaching, performance management, and employee development.Demonstrated ability to analyze operational data and implement process improvements.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience with warehouse management systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence peers and leaders at all levels.Comfort presenting in diverse environments, including meetings, standups, and training sessions.Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies preferred.At Fanatics, we value transparency and honesty. Where you'll work and what's required :
This role is based onsite at our Miramar, Florida Fulfillment & Manufacturing facility.Standard schedule with flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays during peak periods.Ability to stand / walk for extended periods in a warehouse environment.What's in it for you :
