Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Construction Manager to oversee the build and modernization of our wireless network infrastructure across Nebraska. This is a field-based role that requires extensive travel within the state to ensure projects adhere to Samsung Construction Excellence (CX) standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Management & Oversight (90%) : Spend significant time in the field managing and directing multiple construction crews and subcontractors engaged in tower construction and site upgrades.
• Quality Assurance & Standards : Enforce strict adherence to all construction specifications, best practices, and Samsung CX quality standards.
• Safety Compliance : Ensure all crews operate in compliance with federal, local, and company safety regulations. Maintain a zero-tolerance policy for safety violations.
• Logistics & Efficiency : Monitor crews on-site to maximize efficiency, adhere to project schedules, and minimize downtime. May include driving to pick up and deliver necessary parts or materials to job sites.
• Close-Out Package Review : Conduct meticulous review of all site Close-Out Packages (COPs), identifying areas for crew improvement to achieve a "zero-punch" final acceptance goal.
