Scapesgroup,LLC (Scapes), a leading residential landscape company based in Roswell, GA, is seeking a motivated and client-focused Client Care & Account Manager to join our growing maintenance division.

At Scapes, we manage some of the most impressive residential landscapes across the metro Atlanta area. You’ll join a collaborative team backed by over 100 years of combined experience, dedicated to excellence in service, design, and maintenance.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Manage and grow existing accounts
Sell new maintenance and enhancement services
Conduct property inspections and ensure quality control
Collaborate with production staff and subcontractors to deliver top-tier service
Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns

What You’ll Bring

Experience in landscape account management or customer service

Strong horticultural knowledge

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently and lead collaboratively

Estimating experience preferred (training provided)

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
