Overview

Senior Estimator opportunity with a Top-Tier Heavy Civil Construction Firm in the Greater Tucson, AZ area. Our client specializes in Private Works projects, including Grading, Underground Utilities, and Paving, and is known for employee appreciation, progressive leadership, and growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Estimate and manage heavy civil private works construction projects in the Greater Tucson area.
  • Lead projects from bid to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team in a company with progressive leadership and a culture of excellence.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Heavy Civil Construction, with background in excavation, underground utilities, site concrete, or paving.
  • Proficiency with estimating software such as HCSS Heavy Bid, Bid2Win, Hard Dollar, AutoCAD, Agtek, and / or Bluebeam.
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
  • A 4-year degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
  • Negotiated project experience and technical writing skills are a plus.
