Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients regain and enhance their communication and swallowing abilities. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care. Educate patients and families on strategies to improve communication and quality of life. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with facility and regulatory standards. Education & Certification Requirements : Education : Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Licensure : Active Speech Therapist license in the state of South Dakota or eligibility to obtain one. Certifications : Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
