Multi Family Sales Representative
Selling services to the Apartment / Condo Marketplace as Supplier / Vendor of Pest and Termite Services
Massey Services, Inc. services residential, commercial, and apartment / condo marketplace throughout Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, Texas, North & South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee and Oklahoma. We are one of the nation's largest Pest Prevention Companies. We provide pest, termite, Lawn / tree / shrub fertilization, and irrigation services to over 800,000 customers. Due to our continued growth and expansion, we currently have great opportunities to join our TEAM of professional Multi-Family Sales Representatives. B2B outside sales experience required and multi-family industry preferred.

New Account Development through :
Developing and managing a sales funnel to meet specific monthly sales targetsMaintaining ongoing relationships with internal and external partners to ensure all contractual obligations and targets are being metIdentifying and driving strategic sales opportunities at targeted multifamily propertiesLocal representation at industry association and client eventsDevelop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and current customersTelephone, email, and social media utilization to generate meetingsProviding proposals and managing pipeline through SalesforceNetworking and participation in local apartment industry functionsAbility to sell on value and services offered, Cross SellingAsking for referralsStrategic Partner DevelopmentWorking with a teamUsing and other business networks to pursue professional RelationshipsSkills Needed
