Job Description

The Project Manager's responsibilities include :

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to maintain project quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all job sites.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments to schedules and resources as needed.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and leadership.
• Prepare and present project status reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
