AWS IT Project Management ConsultantLocation : Remote (Full-Time)

Company : Vertical RelevanceAbout the RoleVertical Relevance is seeking a skilled AWS IT Project Management Consultant to join our growing team. This full-time remote role is ideal for someone passionate about cloud transformation, technical leadership, and delivering impactful solutions. You’ll be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of AWS-based software systems—from planning and design to deployment and optimization.

This position requires strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills to ensure customer success across diverse engagements.Key Responsibilities

Guide clients through their cloud adoption journey, offering strategic and technical expertise in a banking environment or Financial Services environment with credit cards a +
Plan, design, and implement AWS-based IT project solutions tailored to customer needs.
Develop and maintain high-quality technical assets including automation tools, reference architectures, and documentation.
Design and implement AWS data quality and governance solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Platform, Security) to deliver integrated solutions. Must understand Containers in cloud environment.
Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for solution development and roadmap planning.
Contribute to thought leadership through blog posts, case studies, and internal knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in AWS services and cloud architecture.

Experience with test automation frameworks and environment teardown strategies.

Strong understanding of DevOps principles and CI / CD pipelines.

Familiarity with containerization, orchestration, and self-service portal design.

Demonstrated success in managing cloud infrastructure or DevOps projects.

Proficiency in Agile / Scrum methodologies and technical roadmap alignment.

Skilled in risk management and incremental delivery.

Comfortable working with technical architects and engineers to define scalable solutions.
