Our Mt. Eaton plant is moving! Our Mt. Eaton plant is targeted to move into our Navarre plant this coming February 2026. Our Navarre plant is only a few miles south from our Massillon plant on route 21 - 4676 Erie Ave SW, Navarre, OH 44662

Open Interviews Join us for open interviews this Tuesday, 10 / 7 from 12pm-2 : 30pm. Here’s our plant address - 17494 Dover Road, Mt. Eaton, OH 44659. Please park in the parking lot in front of the building or any open parking spot alongside the building. You will enter in through the lobby (a glass door), and the tour guide will be out to greet you. We do ask that you wear long pants (jeans are fine) and close-toed shoes. We will be touring every 30 minutes (last tour at 2 : 30pm). Please plan to be onsite for 1 hour and complete the application after coming onsite. Can't attend? That's okay, please still complete an online application and we will be in touch.

What cool skills can you learn? We are looking for detailed oriented team members that enjoy working in a hands on environment. You will be mixing resin, cutting, rolling, & spraying fiberglass and more!

Education and Experience :

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
