Facilities Coordinator

What You'll Do :
- Oversee facility operations and maintenance across multiple sites
- Coordinate vendor services and ensure timely issue resolution
- Monitor safety compliance and support company policy adherence
- Assist with budgeting and reporting on facility performance
- Contribute to planning for future improvements and upgrades
Core Responsibilities :
Ensures the maintenance of and continued operation of mechanical systems such as HVAC systems, boiler, fans, generators, electrical switch gear and UPS systems.Plans and executes changes to facilities to include furniture installation, office rearrangements, electrical additions and other changes based on business needs such as changes in staffing levels.Handles any facilities emergencies that arise. Performs or coordinates preventive maintenance for equipment.Maintains records to track maintenance and repairs.Identifies recurring problems with work processes, policies, or procedures; contributes ideas on ways to resolve problems to better service the customer and / or improve productivity.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Additional Responsibilities :
Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including building systems, repairs, and upkeep of common areas, appliances, and outdoor spaces.Coordinate vendor services for non-mechanical facility needs, including custodial, landscaping, and security, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.Serve as the first point of contact for maintenance and safety concerns, escalating major incidents and collaborating with service teams for quick resolution.Ensure compliance with building safety regulations and company policies, addressing any deficiencies promptly.Assist with budget tracking and reporting on facility operations, expenses, and project status.Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver a high level of customer service and operational efficiency.Demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving approach to facility management and operational challenges.Maintain a valid drivers license and ability to operate a company vehicle to travel between assigned locations as needed.Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs as part of routine facility tasks.Employees at all levels are expected to :
