About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team at Attain. In this entry-level role, you'll be responsible for the hands-on execution of lifecycle campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging (IAM), and SMS for three of our consumer-facing applications. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of lifecycle strategiesfrom managing a large editorial calendar with continual testing, to optimizing campaigns for performance, to collaborating with creative and cross-functional teams.

Reporting to the Director of Lifecycle Marketing, this role is perfect for someone eager to learn lifecycle marketing from the ground up while developing technical skills in campaign building, A / B testing, segmentation, and optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in marketing role and / or internship as well as an eagerness to learn lifecycle marketing and improve customer experiences
• Basic understanding of email marketing best practices (accessibility, client / device limitations, deliverability)
• Data-driven mindset with interest in performance analysis and optimization
• Creative, resourceful problem-solver with an entrepreneurial approach
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines and cross-team workflows
• Flexible and adaptable in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with HTML / CSS a plus; experience with automation platforms (Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, etc.) is a bonus
