Florida Licensed Notary Specialist

A company is looking for a Close Notary Specialist to support its eClose Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities

Support external notaries, borrowers, and lender representatives via various communication channels

Perform remote online notarizations primarily for mortgage and real estate closings

Troubleshoot onboarding and signing room issues while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Active Florida Notary Public commission with RON certification

Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred

1+ years of experience in customer support, operations, or tech support (mortgage / title / fintech preferred)

Experience with tools like Freshdesk, Slack, and eClosing platforms

Familiarity with eClosing workflows and state-specific notarial requirements is a plus
