Logistics Operational Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with dispatchers to schedule and arrange daily deliveries and pickups;
• Handle exception cases such as delayed or damaged packages and follow up on related data;
• Manage shipment and personnel data, generate reports, and support operational analysis;
• Collaborate with delivery teams to resolve on-site operational issues.
• Maintain warehouse materials and assist with daily station operations.

Qualifications :

Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and reliability;

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;

Proficient in Microsoft Excel or data entry tools;

Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or operational support is preferred.
