What You Can Expect

As our Compliance Advisor, you will play a key role in coordinating compliance activities across GEMS B2B Supply US. In this role, you will ensure adherence to government and market obligations at the federal, state, local, and utility levels. You will support the growth and continuous improvement of the GEM US Market Compliance Program through the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, procedures, exception reporting, and training. You will also coordinate projects across the organization, lead working teams to achieve compliance goals, and perform regulatory reporting across multiple jurisdictions while maintaining strong internal controls. Additionally, you will support and coordinate the Company's responses to requests for information from regulatory entities, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. This position can sit remotely in Chicago, IL, New York, NY or Hybrid Houston, TX reporting to the Director of Compliance.

Salary Range : $99,000 - $158,400 USD annually

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
