In this critical role, you’ll manage a team of Client Support Coordinators(CSC), Quotes Coordinator, and Administrative Support staff , driving performance standards, strategic processes, and team collaboration to deliver best-in-class service to our clients.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead, mentor, and develop the CSC team, quotes coordinator, and administrative staff — including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee day-to-day client communications and service delivery across multiple regions in North Carolina.
• Ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams including Commercial Service Managers, Technical Team Leaders, Service Technicians, Agreements, and administrative support.
• Drive efficiency in scheduling, quoting, billing, and dispatch operations.
• Maintain high standards for service quality, client satisfaction, and operational performance.
• Manage service-related budgets, including Time & Materials (T&M) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) scheduling.
• Champion a “can-do” team culture while upholding a safe and professional work environment.
