We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations and ensuring an excellent dining experience. Responsibilities
Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standardsPreserve excellent levels of internal and external customer serviceDesign exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvementsIdentify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concernsLead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnelEstablish targets, KPIs, schedules, policies and proceduresProvide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamworkComply with all health and safety regulationsReport on management regarding sales results and productivityCoordinate details of a contract with the head chefPlan the venue layout according to the number of guests and type of eventDetermine the number of waiters and servers required for an eventSupervise the placement of tables, chairs, table settings, and serving stations to make sure they are placed properlyConsult with the head chef to discuss the timing of the meal courses being servedOversee the seating of guests, serving of meals and beverages, and the quick clearing of tablesManage the availability of liquor and soft drinksPrepare work schedules and complete documentation on timeAnswer customer questions and accommodate special requests when necessaryQualifications
High school diploma / GEDExtensive previous culinary experienceCertification from culinary school preferredServeSafe or Food Handlers CertificationFamiliarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS softwareAdvanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipesAbility to remain calm and thrive under pressureExcellent management and leadership skills
