Our Coughlin Ford team located in Marysville (formally Chapman Ford) has an immediate need for Experienced Sales Associates. Are you a high-energy, customer-focused Sales Professional with a passion for cars? We're looking for dynamic experienced Automotive Sales Consultants to join our Marysville Ford team and help customers find the perfect ride! Job Details :

  • Salary + Commission
  • $100,000+ a year earning potential based on your commitment and your dedication

Responsibilities :

  • Assist customers in selecting the ideal vehicle to match their needs and budget
  • Build strong relationships through top-tier customer service and follow-ups
  • Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle features and performance
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest promotions, and financing options
  • Exceed sales goals and earn rewarding commission while doing what you love

  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Previous sales experience (automotive preferred, but not required)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
