Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM software.
  • Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on active listening.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and customer complaints with professionalism and patience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is an advantage.
