Location : Ground-up Multifamily construction projects in the Raleigh, NC.

We are a top-20 ranked Multifamily Construction firm with a growing focus on local work in Raleigh. We have a strong culture and professional development focus within our team.

Compensation : $155k-$180k base + 401k w / 5% match, bonus, auto allowance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ground-up multifamily construction projects in Raleigh, NC (200+ to 400 units).
  • Support a growing local pipeline on projects underway and coming up in Raleigh.
  • Contribute to a culture with a strong focus on professional development within the team.

Qualifications

  • Ground-up Multifamily Construction experience (5+ years with good tenure).
  • 5+ years of full-scope ground-up multifamily experience (200+ to 400 units).
