We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations for a high-profile infrastructure project. This is an opportunity to contribute to a landmark project while working with a team dedicated to operational excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities

As a Superintendent, you will :

• Oversee all construction efforts to ensure the project is completed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site functions, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance of crafts and subcontractors with contract documents, efficient use of materials and equipment, and adherence to the project schedule.
• Provide technical guidance, including interpreting drawings, recommending construction methods, and selecting appropriate equipment.
• Collaborate with project management to develop schedules, site logistics plans, and project procedures.
• Support and enforce the Site-Specific Safety Plan.
• Coordinate effectively with on-site client representatives.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the project leadership team.
