Overview

CentraCare is hiring an experienced Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to work with our team at the Northway clinic.

Schedule

Full-time, 0.77 FTE

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 8am-5pm

No nights, holidays, weekends, or call

Responsibilities

Our providers at CentraCare- Northway diagnose and treat acute short-term illnesses; provide preventive care including routine checkups; health-risk assessments; immunizations and screening tests; personalized counseling on maintaining a healthy lifestyle; and manage and coordinate care for those with chronic illnesses.

To be considered for our position you would need to

Meet one of the following requirements :

Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner

Current Minnesota Physician Assistant Licensure

Be eligible for MN certification (NP) or licensure (PA) within coming months

Applicants are required to have licensed provider (NP or PA) experience in one of the following :

Family Medicine / Walk-In Clinic

Emergency Department

Urgent Care

In addition, all applicants must have a current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card and Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration number prior to receiving clinical privileges.

Pay and Benefits

Starting pay begins at $109,241.60 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience

Salary range : $109,241.60- $124,904 per year

Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

CentraCare – Northway Clinic is a group of primary care practitioners providing health care services in a high quality, cost effective and caring manner to patients of all ages. CentraCare – Northway Clinic features Integrated Behavioral Health Services. This service gives patients the opportunity to access behavioral health services in a family practice setting. Primary Care Providers and Behavioral Health Providers collaborate to provide comprehensive patient care. Our clinic also offers full imaging and laboratory capabilities and has an attached pharmacy.
