Job Description
Client of San Francisco is seeking three (3) Mid-Level UI / UX Designers to support its Digital Platforms Team . This role is hands-on and collaborative, requiring interaction with engineering, business, and product stakeholders to deliver intuitive and scalable internal user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and iterate on designs
- Contribute to and maintain the design system for consistency and scalability
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA)
- Apply UX best practices in all phases of design
- Stay current with industry tools, trends, and methods
