Division Overview

Crown's Beverage Division manufactures packaging solutions for soft drinks, craft beers, coffees, and teas, including new energy drinks. The division leads the packaging industry with innovative technologies and a large printable surface area for branding impact. This role is with the Crown Beverage Division.

Position Overview

The Electrical Supervisor works closely with all aspects of the manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished product. This supervisory role includes daily supervision of plant electricians and management of plant construction, modifications, appropriations, and equipment installation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Applies electrical theory to test and modify developmental or operational electrical machinery and control equipment in an industrial plant setting.
• Oversees assembly and testing of motor control devices, switch panels, transformers, generator windings, and other electrical equipment per engineering data and electrical principles.
• Diagnoses causes of electrical or mechanical malfunction and performs preventative and corrective actions.
• Develops diagrams, drawings, and specifications for modifications or expansions and directs personnel performing routine installation and maintenance.
• Plans and directs periodic testing; recommends modification or replacement of equipment as needed.
• Directs, coordinates, develops, trains, coaches, and assesses employees.
• Supports and encourages safe, efficient, and effective work practices.
• Performs other job-related duties as required or assigned.
