Team Lead Inventory Control
Location : Fontana, California, United States Job Type : Full-time
As a Team Lead Inventory Control at JD Logistics, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, reducing discrepancies, and ensuring efficient stock management. You will lead a team to conduct cycle counts, investigate variances, and collaborate with inbound and outbound teams to optimize inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily inventory control operations, ensuring real-time accuracy in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Conduct and supervise cycle counts, audits, and investigations into inventory discrepancies.
- Implement and improve inventory tracking processes to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
- Train and mentor inventory personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and operational standards.
- Work closely with inbound and outbound teams to ensure seamless stock movement and proper documentation.
- Identify root causes of inventory issues and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and inventory control procedures.
