FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Green Brook is a locally owned clinic seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Physical Therapist to join our team of professionals .  At FYZICAL Green Brook , our mission goes far beyond offering patients a better life through treatment.  We believe when employees are treated with dignity and compensated not just fairly but competitively, an environment of care and empathy is fostered, and we can truly operate as a team.  We are committed to providing custom, one-on-one treatment for our patients, and we prioritize their well-being and care above all else.  We don’t believe in impersonal care and PTs trying to see 4 patients at a time like some other clinics. Our 40-minute one-on-one appointments allow our therapists to give their full attention to just 12 patients a day, delivering a better experience for both the patient and the team. Our personalized treatment, proprietary balance therapy program, and your skills and experience will help set us apart from the competition.

Primary Responsibilities Include :

• Perform new-patient evaluations / exams
• Diagnose patients; evaluate physical activity limitations
• Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date
• Equip patients with PT intervention techniques / exercises, track progress
• Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care
• Examine and evaluate new patients
• Establish a diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact on activity
• Establish a plan goal and time frame
• Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises
• Measure and track intervention effectiveness
• Educate the patient on continuing care
• Other duties as assigned
