Job Overview

The DevOps Engineering Manager is responsible for managing a DevOps / SRE engineering team, building developer tools, extending our CI / CD pipeline, and improving service observability. This is a hands-on role that requires a demonstrated track record of managing teams to build secure, large-scale, highly available services.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Supervisory Responsibilities

Directly supervise DevOps Engineers. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Institute's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
