Key Responsibilities
Evaluate claims for benefits based on medical information and contractual agreements while ensuring compliance with policies
Communicate with customers to gather claim information and explain claims handling, fostering strong relationships
Provide customer service through various channels, resolving requests and creating positive experiences
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Demonstrated sense of urgency and accountability for work results
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in computer systems, data entry, and Microsoft products
Access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico
Preferred knowledge of insurance products and medical terminology
